UV DTF paper is a term often used when searching for the film materials involved in UV DTF transfer production. These materials are used with compatible UV DTF printing equipment to prepare designs for application to suitable hard surfaces.

UV DTF film can support custom product workflows involving drinkware, glassware, acrylic items, promotional products, and other compatible smooth surfaces.

What Can You Create With UV DTF?

UV DTF transfers are intended for compatible hard-surface applications rather than traditional apparel DTF projects. Depending on surface compatibility, projects can include:

• Cups and tumblers
• Glassware
• Acrylic items
• Compatible plastic surfaces
• Compatible metal surfaces
• Branded and personalized hard-surface products

Prepare for UV DTF Application

Before applying a finished UV DTF transfer, make sure the target surface is clean, completely dry, and free from dust, oils, and residue. Careful positioning is important because unnecessary repositioning can affect the application.

When producing UV DTF transfers in-house, make sure your film, inks, and other production materials are compatible with your equipment and workflow.

UV DTF for Custom Product Businesses

UV DTF can support businesses and creators producing personalized merchandise, promotional items, event products, branded hard goods, and custom drinkware.

Choose the Right UV DTF Material

Select UV DTF film according to your equipment, production setup, artwork, and intended hard-surface application. If you are producing transfers in-house, verify compatibility between your film, ink, and printing equipment before ordering.
