Set Up the Machine: Place the heat press on a flat, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area. Plug the machine into a compatible power source (110V or 220V).

Power On and Adjust Settings: Use the LCD control panel to turn on the machine. Set your desired temperature (up to 390°F / 200°C) and timer (up to 300 seconds) based on your material and transfer type.

Wait for Heat-Up: Allow the press to preheat. The display will indicate when the set temperature is reached and the machine is ready for use.

Prepare the Material: Place your transfer design on the item (e.g., T-shirt, tote bag, apron). Ensure it is properly aligned on a heat-resistant surface or pressing mat.

Apply Heat: Firmly press the machine down on the design. Hold it in place or apply gentle pressure as needed for the duration set on the timer.

Cool & Peel: After the timer finishes, lift the press and allow the transfer to cool if needed. Peel off the transfer sheet according to the recommended method (hot or cold peel).

Turn Off & Store Safely: When finished, turn off the heat press. Always place it back on the insulated safety base and allow it to cool down before storage.

DTF Transfers Arizona offers a limited 6-month warranty for this product, covering non-consumable parts under normal use. Consumable parts, such as printheads, printhead covers, dampers, capping stations, wiper blades, belts, bulbs, filters and, other similar wear-and-tear components are not covered under the warranty. Use of any ink, film, powder, or other supplies that DTF Transfers Arizona does not sell or distribute will void warranty coverage. Please note that the sale of this product is considered final. However, the warranty is provided to address any qualifying issues with the equipment. The warranty begins from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, DTF Transfers Arizona will provide remote technical support and, if available, repair or replacement video guidance for any issues related to parts covered under the warranty. DTF Transfers Arizona is not responsible for damages caused during shipping, but all shipments are insured. If you receive a damaged order, contact us immediately to create a ticket. We will coordinate with the shipping company to resolve the issue. Resolution or refund from the shipping company may take approximately 50–60 business days.
