Setup: Place the Pressly HYDRO1620 on a stable surface, ensuring proper power connection based on the power specifications. Before first use, fill the hydraulic system with the recommended hydraulic oil and quantity. Add at least 3 gallons of AW-46 hydraulic oil.
Temperature & Pressure Settings: Set the temperature and hydraulic pressure settings according to the material being used.
Design Alignment: Attach the magnet laser light guides to the top of the heat press to assist in precise alignment of designs.
Pressing: Place the garment or media on the platen, apply the correct pressure, and apply heat according to the required time and temperature settings.
Maintenance: Regularly check and clean the platen and hydraulic system to ensure smooth operation and prolong the life of the heat press. Check the hydraulic oil level regularly using the sight gauge located at the bottom right of your heat press. If the level is below the 50% of the glass, top it up. Be sure to change all the oil once a year, and always use the recommended AW-46 hydraulic oil for optimal performance.
