What fabric types are most suitable for heat-applied designs?
Cotton, polyester, and cotton-poly blends are the most compatible fabrics for heat-applied graphics. These materials hold the design well and respond positively to the heat press process. Canvas and similar surfaces also work well, while slippery or stretch-heavy fabrics like nylon may require specialized application. A quick test on your fabric is always recommended before full production.
What kind of file formats should I use when submitting my artwork?
For best results, submit your artwork in high-resolution PNG (with transparent background), PSD, TIFF, or PDF formats. Vector files such as AI, EPS, or SVG are also acceptable and provide excellent scalability. Make sure your file is at least 300 DPI and designed in CMYK mode to ensure accurate color reproduction.
Will I receive a design preview before production begins?

Since personalized products are made specifically for each customer, returns and exchanges are not generally offered unless there's a production error or defect. If something is wrong with your order (wrong design, damaged items, etc.), our support team will gladly resolve the issue with a reprint or refund. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Are there any limitations when it comes to design complexity or colors?
Modern printing technology supports full-color artwork with incredible detail, including gradients, shadows, and intricate patterns.
